Why we became landlords
Our History
We loved houses and were amazed at the different standards, safety and quality of student housing.
So our story starts 14 years ago when we decided to look at student rentals. We did our research, went to Portsmouth University and chatted to a number of groups of students, we hadn't actually bought our first house but after talking to our future tenants and realising their housing needs, whilst proposing our intentions, one group expressed that “they would rent from us”, with that, we started to look for our first house.

All of our houses have been re-wired and re-plumbed and we design interiors to maximise space and usability. As private landlords we are quick to react with things that need to be fixed or replaced and we care about our houses and students. We set ourselves the goal that when we renovate, update or just clean, it needs to be up to a standard that we would live there.
